The Edgewater HOA Annual Meeting is just around the corner. Join us as we come together to discuss the state of our neighborhood and reflect on the progress made over the past year. We’ll review last year’s capital improvements, share plans for upcoming projects, and address important topics such as community safety and ways to get involved.
We will also review the HOA financials, including last year’s expenditures, the current budget, and funding for upcoming projects. To keep up with rising costs, there will be a $25 increase in annual dues. This small adjustment will help us ensure that the community continues to operate smoothly and deliver the services you expect.
This meeting is also your chance to learn more about our committees and how you can contribute to making Edgewater an even better place to live. Additionally, we’ll hold elections for the available Board of Directors seats, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of our HOA.
We look forward to seeing you there and working together to continue building a safe, welcoming, and vibrant community for all. The Annual meeting will take place at the Upper Clubhouse on February 4th at 7 pm. All Homeowners are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
