Edgewater is an affluent neighborhood that sits in the middle of the triad, between 3 cities, Lawrenceville, Suwannee, and Buford Georgia.   We are 30 miles north of Downtown Atlanta conveniently off of I-85 and Hwy 316.  Our residents enjoy the convenience of The Mall of Georgia, Top Golf, Andrettis, and Sugarloaf Mills Mall are a quick 7 minutes away!  These areas offer great shopping, food, and fun with over 300 shops and restaurants!  We are only 10 minutes from the business centers of Duluth, 15 minutes from Johns Creek, and Norcross. 25 minutes from Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Buckhead  30 minutes from Midtown, Downtown, and Marrietta (Go Braves!)
